Refund Policy
No returned goods will be accepted without prior authorization. All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (defective apparel exempt from fee). A return claim must be made within 7 days from date purchase is received and have a prior R.A.#.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. Customer has 7 business days to return item once an RA is issued. Refunds may take 1-3 business days depending on your banking institution.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging or defective product within 7 days of purchase arrival for refund, credit or exchange. Any product which has been removed from packaging or tags removed from the garment is non-returnable.
- Damaged/ Defective goods: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exchanges: If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for the replacement to be processed.
- International: For international orders, return labels are not provided. Only defective items are eligible for returns, and customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.
- RMA #: All returns need a RA (Return Authorization) number provided by us.
- Return Shipping Options: For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Returned/Unclaimed Orders: Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a 20% Service Fee.
